Contact Us

Talk to us before you order if you are unsure about a size, a load weight, or whether a pallet will fit your project. It takes us two minutes and saves you a return.

How to reach us

Asking for a custom size

We build to your dimensions. To quote accurately, please tell us:

• Length × width in millimetres, and the deck height if it matters
• What it needs to carry - approximate weight, and whether the load is evenly spread
• Entry - two-way or four-way forklift or pallet-truck access
• Quantity
• Your delivery postcode, or whether you are collecting

We will come back with a price and a lead time, usually within one working day.

For an existing order

Please quote your order number from your confirmation email, and your delivery postcode. That is enough for us to find everything.
